How do you stop the anger when there is no basis for it?
How do you stop the hurt when no offense has been committed?
How do you stop the pain of knowing who you are?
How do you stop the selfishness when all you give yourself is a beating?
How do you stop the misery from taking you over?
How do you stop blocking the love others try to give you?
How do you forgive when you don’t deserve it?
How do you think you are important when you know you don’t make a difference?
How do you live with yourself?
How? By going back to therapy and learning to love yourself. Hugs to u!
